Our Blue Wave Room is a private member association. Our annual membership fee is $20.

Please note that you will also be asked to sign a membership agreement upon arrival of your first appointment. We will create your own wellness living account.

Terms & Conditions

Expiration of hours/sessions purchased:

All EE System hours/sessions expire within one year from the date of purchase. This includes but is not limited to the following types of purchases: day sessions, night sessions, prepaid packages, remote sessions, promotions, and specials.

Reservation Changes:

We ask that if you request a change to your reservations, that these changes can be made within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Changes may be made on the same day as your appointment only if availability exists.

No-Shows:

There are no credits or refunds issued for No-Shows.

Cancellations:

Bookings using a pre-paid package session, will be issued a credit for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment. There are no credits issued for cancellations made on the same day. For pre-paid packages, the number of sessions that was/were cancelled will be credited back to your wellness living account.

Bookings not using a pre-paid package session, will be issued a monetary ($) credit on your account if the cancellation is made within 48 hours before your appointment.

Refunds:

I understand the terms mentioned above regarding my Energy Enhancement System™ Technology experience. There are no refunds offered for EE System sessions or if you choose to end the session before the purchased time has expired.
