• A 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged the full session fee.
• All services, sessions, and events are non-refundable, as our availability is intentionally limited to preserve a tranquil, high-quality experience.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time.

4. Membership Terms (if applicable)

Members of our Private Membership Association agree to abide by the policies outlined at sign-up. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
