Missy is a women’s health and menopause wellness guide, educator, and program creator devoted to helping women navigate midlife with clarity, vitality, and deep self-trust. With years of experience supporting women through all life phases, she bridges modern menopause science with ancient chakra wisdom to create a truly holistic transformation.
Her signature approach recognizes that menopause is not just a hormonal event but also an initiation. Through her chakra-based menopause program, Missy helps women understand how declining estrogen, shifting cortisol, insulin resistance, sleep disruption, and weight changes are reflected not only in the body, but in the energetic system as well. Each chakra becomes a gateway for healing physical symptoms while reclaiming confidence, intuition, voice, pleasure, and purpose.
Drawing from functional medicine education, nervous system regulation, mindset work, and spiritual practices, Missy gently guides women out of frustration and into empowerment. Her programs are known for being practical yet soulful, combining nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and metabolic support with meditation, journaling, and chakra and energy alignment.
At the heart of Missy’s work is the belief that menopause is a rebirth, not a breakdown. She creates elegant, feminine, and grounded spaces where women feel seen, supported, and equipped to step into the most authentic and powerful version of themselves.
Missy currently serves women in perimenopause and menopause through 1-on-1 sessions, and transformational group programs designed to restore balance, ignite inner wisdom, cultivate peace, and reconnect with power and intuition.
