Samsara Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Samsara Energy & Wellness Center, every session is held with intention, and each space is thoughtfully reserved to support everyone’s healing journey. To honor the flow of our schedule and the needs of all guests, we request 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or adjust your appointment.
If you notify us at least 24 hours prior, you may reschedule your session one time at no additional charge.
Please note that all services and sessions are non-refundable, as our appointment availability is limited and reserved specifically for you at the time of booking.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Samsara Energy & Wellness Center, we create a peaceful, intentionally curated environment for healing. To maintain this experience, we follow the policies below:
1. Appointments & Sessions
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may be charged the full session fee.
- All services and sessions are non-refundable, as our schedule is intentionally limited to protect the quality of our offerings.
- Late arrivals may shorten your session time.
2. Events, Workshops & Classes
- All ticketed events and workshops are non-refundable.
- Tickets may be transferred to another person with approval.
3. Memberships
- Private Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellation terms are outlined in the Membership Agreement.
